Who reads it

Ezra is built by one person, Antenhe Tena, and that person is who a message arrives with. There is no team, no support desk and no turnaround anyone here is in a position to promise, so none is claimed.

No email is sent from this site at all. There is no sender configured and no email provider in either dependency list, which means there is no confirmation to wait for, no ticket number and no automatic reply. Anything that comes back is written by hand.

What is worth writing about

A bug in one of the browser tools. The typing drill, the transliteration tool and the calendar converter all run in the page, so whatever went wrong happened on your machine and can be described exactly: what you gave it, and what it gave back.
Something on a page that is not true. A word this site says a sequence of keys produces and which produces something else, a date that converts wrongly, a claim that does not hold. These are worth the most of anything here: the pages are written to be checkable, and a page nobody has checked only looks the same as a correct one.
The Windows keyboard. It is not released, so there is nothing yet to report a bug against. If what you want is to hear on the day it is, the waiting list at the foot of this page is the answer and a message is not — one message, when it ships, and the address is not passed on.

Privacy, and asking for your data

What this site keeps is documented in full, including the one thing a finished typing test sends and the processors that see anything at all. Nothing you type is ever sent anywhere, so most of what a data request would ask about does not exist to be asked for.

For the part that does — the scores on an account — your progress page carries the export and the delete button directly. Both act immediately. Neither needs a message, and neither waits on one being read.
